Management

Gary Trowsdale - Executive Director

Gary was awarded the Marketing Society of Great Britain's marketer of the year in the new product launch category for launching the VideoPlus+ programming system in the UK.

As special projects director for the Damilola Taylor Trust the Spirit of London Awards was his brainchild and he is now overseeing its development and the gala event that will herald the first award winners.

He says "As a proud son of South London myself, as well as the father of two great kids who hail from the Lambeth Walk, I am very excited to be working on a project that celebrates the capital's young people in such a positive way."

Paschorina Mortty - Event Director

Paschorina is an event organiser with over 10 years of experience working with leading brands and many charities to deliver events of the highest quality. Her team at The One Event will bring their expertise to this event to ensure that it is successfully executed on all levels.

She says: "To be involved with an event that not only rewards young people that make a difference but is also creating a legacy that will inspire generations to come is truly amazing and the reason why I'm proud to be supporting this project."

Tony Brennand - Digital Producer

Tony has overseen the development of many high profile digital projects from a project management perspective over 12 year digital career. Having worked with many of the top commercial brands, he is well versed in what is required of a multi faceted web based application.

He says "Young people understand the internet and the potential it can unleash in them. My job with the awards is to make sure that no stone is left unturned in maximising their potential to do good and connect to the biggest possible audience on-line"

Sir Harry Cowell - Musical Director

Sir Harry has many years experience in the music industry all of which he will bring to the awards show itself. The new managing Director of Mission Control Publishing is also behind the charity single that will be launched in conjunction with the first live awards event in November.

He says "What a great joy this project is to be involved with. The Streets of London may not be paved with gold but they are certainly paved with great potential in the shape of the young people these awards will celebrate"
