Ballerz League
Ballerz League provides a platform for young individuals to get discovered through their sporting achievements. This is done through our competitive 6 a side football, and leisure leagues.
We believe through focusing on and awarding positive individuals and teams it detracts from the negative connotations usually linked with today's young people. Rather than denunciating the bad behaviour we award good behaviour and have a variety of things in place to achieve this.
Our 6 a side football leagues gives young people a platform to develop their skills and also reinforce the importance of being a team player.

Charlton Athletic Community Trust
Charlton Athletic Community Trust has worked with young people in the community for 17 years and engages with over 7,500 young people each week many of those are in groups most at risk of social exclusion, on a vast array of projects in Bexley, Greenwich and Kent. Our programmes are delivered in schools, estates, youth and community centres, parks, prisons, pupil referral units and young offender's institutions. The power of football, sport, and increasingly the arts are used to engage young people in activities that then leads to reducing crime, improving health, raising educational attainment and increasing pathways to employment. Charlton Athletic Community Trust launched the Street Violence Ruins Lives project on 23 August 2008 with an awareness campaign warning of the dangers of street violence at a live game that was covered by Sky TV and continues to work closely with Colin and Sally Knox, parents of Rob Knox, following the tragic death of their son after he was stabbed in Sidcup in May 2008.
The Damilola Taylor Trust
The Trust was set up as a memorial to Damilola, so that it might lead to his legacy being one of positive change in inner city communities. Now more than ever these changes are required so that the young people in these communities can live their lives free of fear and violence with renewed optimism in the future where options and opportunity can be made available to them.
This is the vision and while the trust may not be able to defend the entire world as Damilola dreamed of doing, but if we can defend the young people of our inner city communities then the quest will be a worthy one.

Families Utd
Families Utd aims to be a conduit to many different support and advice mechanisms, all designed to put forward and support the whole issue of Youth Violence in this country from the perspective of people who have had to deal with it first hand - the victims' families.
This places us in a unique position having experienced the Criminal Justice System at first hand, as well as the intense trauma surrounding the pointless death of a loved one. We want to use our experiences, opinions and drive to make a difference - to help support others that will inevitably go through this and to affect public opinion and government policy.
This site will provide a continual focal point for our thoughts, opinions and activities - and we urge you to bookmark this site, spread the word and get involved.
From Boyhood to Manhood Foundation
The From Boyhood to Manhood Foundation in the London Borough of Southwark was founded in 1996 by Decima Francis and Uanu Seshmi, following concern within the community about the number of young black boys being excluded from school and becoming involved with gangs, drugs and violence. Since it began in 1996, FBMF has helped over 11,000 young people: some have returned to school or college, many have gained academic qualifications, all have re-assessed their attitudes, behaviour and direction in life.

Peace on the Streets
Choice FM's Peace on the Streets campaign was brought about to educate and inspire London's future generations. Initially started, in 2004, as a reaction to the growing number of young fatalities happening in London.

The project culminates in a large scale event at the British Film Institute in London on Saturday 28th November 2009 where the films produced during the project will be showcased and will also include debating, voting, volunteering and campaigning. The event will have a number of guest speakers including film and documentary makers, leading politicians, celebrities and campaigners as well as the young film makers!

Working Links
Once upon a time some likeminded individuals got together to see if they could help people who had been out of work for a long time. And then one day they came up with a brilliant idea. "Hey, you know what?" one of the guys said, "with our private sector expertise and your public sector values, we could really help change people's lives."
But what they didn't realise was not only was this simple idea one of their best yet, there were also lots more individuals out there who wanted to get involved. In April 2000 Working Links was born and we were the first public, private, voluntary partnership in the UK. By working closely with employers, providers and many other partner organisations we now help one person get back into work every eight minutes. But we're not stopping there. As the market that we operate in changes, we're evolving too. We're tackling big issues and reaching more people. While our role as a leading welfare to work organisation strengthens, we are forging ahead in other sectors too
